To ensure the financial stability of St. Mark by the Sea Lutheran Church through oversight of the financial life of the congregation.
To encourage and support our church family in their stewardship of time, talents and finances for the church and glory of God.
Ministry Opportunities
Ministry Team
The Finance Ministry team provides financial oversight through various means. They provide financial guidance to the church council through the Treasurer and the Ministry Lead. Accounting activities are provided through the Bookkeeper. Financial controls are provided through the Audit Lead. Donation support is provided through the Financial Secretary and the Counting Team. Financial assistance to the other ministry teams is provided by various members of the team. Finally, budget development and tracking is provided through the Treasurer and other team members.
